First snow

Yesterday was the first snow so far in Damariscotta. It actually accumulated and now we have around 8 or 9 inches of snow.



We here at the bookshop braved the slippery roads (two of us live within walking distance) and were actually open until four pm. The cafe, however, were not so brave. It was closed all day long, which upset some of our regular cafe customers. We did have coffee for whomever decided to face the weather and it was free!
